SARA

Established in 2025, SARA is a utility-scale renewable energy platform focused on the Southeast Asia region, with the Philippines and Vietnam as primary markets.

SARA targets to achieve a diversified portfolio of more than 500MW capacity of renewable energy projects, along with a proprietary pipeline of at least 1GW.

SARA seeks to bridge the typical gaps observed across renewable energy projects in in Southeast Asia, attributed to inconsistent project quality and governance standards. SARA aims to address the imbalance between the availability of capital waiting on the sidelines in Southeast Asia and the number of companies ready to receive them.

SARA’s unique approach lies in its commitment to developing projects that meet stringent international technical, environmental, social & governance standards from the outset, which sets SARA apart from other platforms.

SARA’s founding shareholders are the SUSI Asia Energy Transition Fund (managed by SUSI Partners), British International Investment (BII) and Nederlandse Financierings-Maatschappij voor Ontwikkelingslanden N.V. (FMO).
