Eliseo V. Ana, Jr. (Andy) is a seasoned leader in renewable energy development. As the CEO of SARA, he leverages over 15 years of experience in infrastructure and energy sectors – spanning hydropower, solar, and wind energy projects.

Andy previously served as Executive Vice-President & Head of Asia at Scatec (2022–2025), where he managed a portfolio of renewable energy projects across multiple Asian markets. Before that, he was Senior Vice-President at SN Power (2018–2022), leading the company’s global hydropower development initiatives. His end-to-end project mastery—from development to construction and operations—ensures the delivery of high-impact, sustainable energy solutions.

A Civil Engineer with a Doctorate in Engineering, Andy blends technical expertise with strategic vision to drive SARA’s mission of accelerating clean energy adoption in Southeast Asia.
